When can I expect my order?
We deliver same day for orders within Metro Manila. Provincial deliveries take an average of 3 to 5 business days (sometimes longer for remote places and depending on our provincial partner courier) but please note that flavored pastillas are pre-order for at least 2-3 days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the mentioned timeline, please email us with your complete name and order number at orders@iyasjumbopastillas.com
What are your cut-off times for orders?
Orders made after 5:00pm will be processed for shipment the following day.
What is the shelf life of your pastillas? Can I freeze them?
Our jumbo pastillas last 1 week to 10 days at room temperature, 1 month when refrigerated and at least 3 months when frozen.
Can I bring Iya’s Jumbo Pastillas to my trips abroad?
Yes. Our pastillas will remain fresh while you travel up to 10 days without refrigeration depending on the weather and your destination. Please refrigerate or freeze them to prolong shelf life.
How many pieces of pastillas in a box?
There are 24 pieces in each regular box of jumbo pastillas (all variants). There are 12 pieces in each mini box of jumbo pastillas (available for classic pastillas de leche)
Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we deliver throughout the Philippines. Please check our shipping rates here. As of now, we do not ship, nor have a branch outside the Philippines.
Do you have a minimum order? If yes, how many?
We do not require a minimum order. However, note that for orders outside Metro Manila, our courier charges the same for 1-3, 4-5 and 6-10 boxes. Get the best value on shipping when you order at least 3 boxes or products.
Where are your physical stores?
We are at Market Market (Nenita Farms Stall #18, Fiesta Market) and Gourmet Corner and Sunday Morning. Every weekend, you may also find us at Rockwell’s Bakers Dozen.
What are your available modes of payment?
You may pay through our website via PayPal (credit card or debit card) and via BPI bank deposit (over the counter or online banking) and Gcash. Bank account and Gcash details and further instructions will be relayed upon ordering through a confirmation email.
